We listen to our clients problems and business issues and advise them. As we offer fixed fee services, we are never watching the clock, which means that our clients are not afraid to pick up the phone and discuss important business decisions that they may be contemplating. If we speak to them in time, we find that this can often save them money as they might not always of immediately thought of the tax implications of certain transactions.
If we have not heard from a client for a while, perhaps they have not attended any of the seminars or there have been no queries, we will always pick up the phone and give them a call to see how things are going, or drop them a line. You would be surprised at the number of times they say “I'm glad you have called.” Perhaps they were considering a purchase or a decision and were not going to call us, but if we manage to advise them before hand we can often save them money. |
