Now you are ready to start your journey, so press start. Ensure your screen shows the correct starting location. If it does not, wait until the blue spot refreshes. Also ensure your screen stays on during the journey to ensure accurate results. |

When the journey finishes, press stop and complete the detail of your start and finish location. Choose any style that suits you and is the best reflection of your journey eg Office to Client Name & Postcode This will add the record of the journey to the ‘My Journeys’ tab. |

If you have a regular journey that you do not want to run the app for, you can set this up via the ‘favourite’ tab. If you press ‘add’ and enter the detail of the start location and end location and the number of miles involved, then every time you run this journey, you can select the journey from the list and enter the date and time that you performed this journey. |

Exporting the details of the journeys is easy. If you press export, you have two choices, export via email, which will email you a csv file to your inbox, or export via file sharing. When you do this, when you next connect your device to the computer, this record will appear in your itunes under apps. |
